Melissa Grandchamp

– President/Principle/HR and Organizational Development

Melissa Grandchamp has over fifteen years of corporate human resource and leadership experience as well as eight years of private consulting practice experience. Currently, she is president and principle of P3 offering expert consulting services to small to mid-size businesses seeking to outsource their HR and organizational development needs. She has also served on two boards offering her expertise in human resources and organizational development by aligning human capital initiatives to corporate strategies. Previously, she was the Human Resources Business Leader for her business unit (Public Sector Solutions) with Intuit, Inc. Prior to that she was the Director of Human Resources and Operations for American FundWare, Inc., where she was a key member of the Executive Management team to support development and sales of accounting software. She also served as the Human Resources Manager and Operations Leader for Continental Imaging Products as the primary contact for all U.S. operations with a Canadian company specializing in large-scale media sales. Melissa Grandchamp has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Colorado in Mass Communications. She is also Green Belt certified through the Six Sigma methodology as well as acquiried her certification in Essentials for Coaching Leaders (GE). She accepted an award from Colorado Parent Magazine for her efforts toward winning the title of Best Company for Colorado Working Families in the small business category.

Carol Mansen

– Finance and Accounting

Carol Mansen is a Finance and Accounting professional with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of industries and business life cycles.  She has worked in the financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and construction industries.  She has experience with start ups and bankruptcies, with acquisitions and mergers as both the acquiring and the target companies, with corporate restructures and dissolutions, and with new product development and introduction.

Throughout this wide range of experiences, Ms. Mansen has specialized in corporate financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including an expertise in reporting systems that includes performance measurement and financial reporting.  This variety of experiences supports her current efforts as a consultant for accounting and financial reporting system implementations and upgrades for small and medium sized firms.  Ms. Mansen also brings her experience with corporate strategic and operational planning and change management to the P3 offerings.

Carol Mansen currently lives in San Antonio, only recently returning to the city after 12 years in Colorado.  She and her husband, Dave, split their time between Texas and Colorado, unable to pick a favorite state.  Ms. Mansen is a alumna of Trinity University in San Antonio, with a Masters in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Quantitative Analysis.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.  Ms. Mansen is a strong supporter of Trinity University as member of the National Alumni Board for 10 years, culminating as the President of the Alumni Association and Chair of the National Alumni Board.  She is also active with the American Society of Women Accountants as a past chapter President, Regional Director, and National Committee chair.
